In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth! These words from Genesis 1:1 along with Genesis 1:3, where God spoke and then there was light are some of the biggest miracles since the beginning of time. Fast forward to John 1 and we see that Jesus is the Word and is God and He is the light of all mankind that cannot be overcome by darkness. He is our personal Light, our personal Savior, and our personal Source of perfect hope and peace.
