This is a great way to meet people and connect with others who have similar interests! What is more fun than getting fit with a few of your closest friends!
Family Sports & Fitness
Tae Kwon Do
Meets Tuesdays & Fridays from 6:00-8:00 pm in Building A.
Leader: Phil & Heidi Muddiman
Description: Creekside Tae Kwon Do develops students spiritually, mentally and physically. Our program is Christ-centered and teaches traditional Martial Arts as well as basic self-defense techniques. Our programs are suitable for ages 5 to 75. We have many families that train together. Beginning students meet from 6:00 to 7:00 pm and advanced students from 7:00 to 8:00 pm. We are a USA Tae Kwon Do official group.

Men’s Competitive Basketball League (seasonal)

Description: Our Men’s Ministry hosts a competitive men’s basketball league on Sunday afternoons. The games are one hour long and guys must be 16 or older to play. There is a nominal fee to play. (Seasonal activity)
Women’s Fitness Classes
Meets on Mondays & Wednesdays from 5:30-6:15 am

Description: This is a circuit training exercise class where we work out while memorizing scripture! All fitness levels are welcome.

Description: REFIT® is a cardio dance program that engages the whole person: Body, Mind and Soul. This community-centered program focuses on building relationships as well as endurance. In this hour-long fitness class, participants will find easy to learn movements, inspiring music, and a family-friendly environment for all ages.
