“Repent and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.”

What is baptism?

The new testament (Romans 6:1-5) says baptism represents the death, burial, and resurrection of Christ. Baptism serves as a symbol of the burial of the old self and the resurrection of the believer’s soul to walk in life with Christ. Therefore, at Creekside, we baptize people by immersing them in water.
