Day 24 – The Light Has Come

  -

The Light Has Come

Read: John 1:4–5; Isaiah 9:2

“The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it. (John 1:5)”

On Christmas Eve we remember that Light Himself entered our darkness—and darkness lost the advantage. Your challenges are real, but they are not ultimate. Jesus is. His light exposes lies, heals hearts, and guides steps.

Tonight, let His light lead your home. Read John 1 by candlelight. Thank Him for coming. Invite Him to shine in every shadow—fear, shame, frustration. Parents, speak blessing over your kids: remind them they are seen, loved, and never alone in Christ.

At Creekside, we Know Christ as the Light of the World and reflect His light to our city. Lift your eyes— The Light has come, and He will come again to make all things new. Advent looks back in celebration and forward in hope.

Reflect:

  • Where do you need Jesus’ light to shine most clearly right now?
  • How can you reflect His light to someone specific tonight?
