Tony

Tony Adame is originally from Northeast Ohio and now resides just across the river in Green Cove Springs, Florida, with his bride, Diana. Together, they joyfully say they have been married for 94 years. Diana was married for 49 years to her first husband, Pastor Mark, until the Lord called him home, and Tony was married for 43 years to his first wife, Becky, until she was called to glory. Tony and Diana have now been married for over two years and are deeply grateful for the God-centered legacies of their previous spouses, whose lives and faith have helped shape who they are today. Between them, Tony and Diana are blessed with four children and ten grandchildren, whom they cherish deeply.

Tony’s life verse is Matthew 5:16, which calls believers to let their light shine so others may see their good works and give glory to God. He is especially drawn to Creekside’s vision because it beautifully reflects this scripture—living out faith in visible, impactful ways that point others to God’s love and glory. He also values how Creekside equips its people through a variety of ministry opportunities, allowing God’s light to shine throughout the world. One of Tony’s favorite aspects of serving as an Elder is meeting new people and cultivating lasting, Christ-centered relationships that grow through Jesus Christ our Lord.

In his free time, Tony enjoys trout fishing, searching for unique seashells, watching classic films (including silent movies), and taking road trips with his wife while admiring God’s incredible creation.

Fun Fact: I built my first home with my own two hands, family and friends, before I was 30 years old.  And amazingly… it’s “still” standing and looking good today.
